TV Spot Airs During Red Sox

Carol McLeod Design recently took Dowling & O'Neil Insurance Agency prime-time with a 30-second TV spot promoting their online quote service.

D&O wanted to light up their own scoreboard by offering insurance quotes on their website, so we developed an integrated marketing plan that included designing a new website...and a TV commercial. We also recommended that the spot air on NESN during Red Sox games throughout the season and handled the media buy. We executed the plan from beginning to end, online to on-air.

The 30-second spot — comprising two 15-second animated vignettes — highlights D&O's auto and home insurance quotes. Doing it this way enabled D&O to tell their story to a large, captive audience in a cost-effective manner.

CMD extended the same creative approach to radio and online ads, trade show displays and direct mail. Since the campaign began, website traffic and requests for quotes have increased. Now that's teamwork!
